I'm not entirely sure what this is, but I'm getting the feeling this is an Eldar Subrace. Eldar Subraces aren't allowed as they are non-canon friendly. Also the only factions the Eldar have are Harlequins, Outcasts, Dark, Craftworld, and Exodite. It's stated they are the only ones left, and no Eldar Empire has existed since the Fall.
No, they arent a subrace. I am just not done yet so I havent explained the history yet, but they are (kinda) exodites.
I mean this article doesn't seem "Eldar' to me. I mean the only sign that this is Eldar is that you SAY its Eldar once. That's not a good sign. My suggestion talk to an Admin, my suggestion is Supah since he knows the most about Eldar other then me.
Well that was all likely because im not done. I need to make the kingdom of chrylli for this to make sense, I just didnt know where to start and didnt feel like making it all at once. Should I work on the kingdom of chrylli, then see how it looks?

Ok here is my suggestion, talk to User:Supahbadmarine. He knows the most about Eldar other then me, and I can't tell you what to do because I prefer when others stay perfectly within Eldar Lore. He can help you, just send him a message asking to look over the article.

I don't think you actually know Eldar lore, Ghost. You never seem to bother helping people with it. You just whine a lot. All talk and no action. You're even deferring over to Supahbadmarine because you're clearly under-qualified here.
